Who we are

AIChampsis operated by Amavis AI ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when a Google Workspace administrator connects their organisation to AIChamps at aichamps.amavis.ai.

What we collect

When an administrator connects Google Workspace, we request read-only Admin Reports scopes to retrieve Gemini / Google Workspace AI usage analytics for their domain, including:

• User email addresses and display names associated with usage
• Usage dates, volumes and product surface activity (e.g. Docs, Gmail, Meet)
• The connecting administrator's Google account email
• OAuth refresh tokens (encrypted at rest) needed to sync on their behalf

We do not read email bodies, document contents, Drive files, calendar event details, or chat messages. We only use Admin Reports usage and activity metadata required to power the Champions leaderboard and adoption insights.

How we use data

• Show organisation-level AI usage dashboards and leaderboards
• Highlight adoption risks and opportunities for administrators
• Sync and refresh metrics when an admin requests a sync
• Operate, secure and improve the AIChamps service

Each customer's Workspace data is stored under their own organisation tenant and is not shared with other customers.

Storage and processors

Application data is stored in Supabase (hosted Postgres) and the application is hosted on Vercel. Encrypted Google OAuth tokens are stored so we can refresh access for scheduled or manual syncs. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We retain usage facts and connection metadata while the organisation remains an active AIChampscustomer. Administrators may disconnect Google Workspace in Settings, which stops further syncs. To request deletion of an organisation's data, email hello@amavis.ai.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (e.g. hosting and database), or when required by law. We do not share customer Workspace usage data with other organisations.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold. Google Workspace administrators control the connection and can revoke AIChampsaccess in their Google account or Google Admin console at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of AIChamps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
