The Service
AIChamps helps Google Workspace administrators understand Gemini and related AI usage across their organisation, including leaderboards, adoption insights and usage trends. The Service relies on Google Admin Reports APIs authorised by a Workspace administrator.
Eligibility and authority
You must be authorised to act for the Google Workspace organisation you connect (typically a Workspace admin). You are responsible for complying with your organisation's policies and applicable law when granting access to usage data.
Google Workspace data
You instruct us to process Admin Reports usage metadata as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your organisation's data. We will not use it to provide the Service to other customers.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Misuse the Service or attempt unauthorised access
- Use the Service to monitor individuals unlawfully
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our agreement
- Interfere with security, sync or multi-tenant isolation
Availability
We aim to keep AIChampsavailable, but Google API limits, lag in Admin Reports data, maintenance and events outside our control may affect accuracy or uptime. Metrics reflect Google's reported usage and may trail real-world activity by one or more days.
Intellectual property
The Service, branding and software are owned by Amavis AI or its licensors. Google and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC. These Terms do not grant you rights in Google products beyond the licences Google grants when you authorise the connection.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by Australian law. We do not warrant that metrics will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amavis AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of data, profits or business opportunity arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to AUD $100 or the fees you paid us for the Service in the prior 12 months (whichever is greater).
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect Google at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required for security or legal reasons.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
